This course offers an integrative, multi-modality

Rejuvenate your core and reclaim your natural
undulation!
To balance the spine we will
work from the inside out and from the outside in. We
will begin with a meditation on the light axis and
continue with a movement piece focusing on the spine and
ultrasonic core. We will explore spinal anatomy which
includes palpating Greta GarBones, our resident
skeleton. Energy balancing sessions include working with
reflexes on the feet as well as direct contacts tp the

Soul Integration.
This course is based on a model of consciousness which I
have been working with since 1984 called
Psychosynthesis. It includes music and imagery, sacred
dance and mantra and deep inner exploration.
In Soul Integration we invite different parts of
ourselves to show themselves to us and we become more
conscious of their roles in our lives. We find ways to
allow communication between opposing aspects and we
become more aligned with our witness self, our center
self and allow it a stronger voice in our being.
It could be that a very ancient aspect comes to be
integrated, or a difficult aspect gets to be heard and
thus is able to cease sabotaging our efforts. In our
journey to wholeness, all aspects of ourselves are
embraced and integrated.

The balance of the class fee is due the first day of the
class, or it may be sent one week in advance.
Refunds will
be issued by check and mailed within 60 days. Please
send a stamped self-addressed envelop to receive your
refund promptly.
Courses are
open for registration until all spaces are filled or
until the course begins. For students who register
within 2 days of the start date, there may be a delay in
receiving course materials.
Cancellation Policy:
Registered
individuals who cancel 4 weeks or more before the start
date will receive a full refund less a $25
administration fee. If cancellation occurs within 2
weeks of the start date, the deposit will be retained.
For circumstances such as illness or emergencies a
credit will be issued which may be applied towards a
future class.
